Jen is quite helpful with questions and concerns.  She finds answer immediately.  Chad, the gentleman who gave me the estimate, explained everything the workers would do in detail.  He was professional and courteous and very brave.  The spiderwebs didn't bother him at all.  The production crew were not only courteous, but caring, professional and happy.  They would laugh and sing and joke while doing their job.  It was a pleasure to hear such jovial workers!!  An amazing crew!!!
