I have been in construction and sales for over a decade. Working alongside builders, architects, engineers and homeowners on every scope of work. I enjoy helping people and have a passion for finding solutions to problems. American Waterworks saw what an asset I would be to the company with my experience and eagerness to help people and brought me on board. I have been thoroughly trained and have earned the highly-esteemed title of “Certified Concrete Repair Specialist” through Foundation Supportworks International Contractor Network.
American Waterworks is a certified member of the Basement Systems network of dealers. Basement Systems is the world’s largest affiliation of basement waterproofing contractors. American Waterworks is also a proud member of National Radon Defense and Foundation Supportworks. All our representatives are fully certified to preform inspections and repairs. We have over thirty products to solve the problems that yesterday’s systems presented. At American Waterworks, we help our customers with problems ranging from groundwater seepage to basement dehumidification, from bowed or cracked basement walls, to foundation and concrete slab settlement, as well as radon testing and mitigation.

David S. in Harpers Ferry, IA was unhappy with his cracked and uneven patio. He wanted it completely level and to have the cracks sealed. After researching concrete repair contractors and receiving estimates, he was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam injection is an effective, quick and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair, and he moved forward with the project.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes in the concrete slabs and then injected the polymer foam to raise the slabs to be even with the garage floor. Once the concrete was raised, the crew replaced the concrete in the holes and sealed the concrete slabs with our SealantPro which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process took a couple of hours and now David can enjoy a beautiful patio for years to come!

Jen S. in Dodge, WI was selling her home and needed a radon mitigation system installed. Her realtor recommended American Waterworks, and we sent our Design Specialist, Kevin Kreofsky, to design a system that was unique to her home.
Our Foreman, Dakota Merchlewitz, started the installation process by drilling a hole in the slab foundation of the home and connected a PVC pipe. The radon gas is drawn upward, and the pipe guides it to the fan. The fan draws and vents radon safely above and away from the home.

Mark K. in Lake City, MN had his home tested for radon. When the results came back with high levels, he gave American Waterworks a call. Our Design Specialist, Kevin Kreofsky, met with Mark and proposed a radon mitigation system unique to his home.
Our Foreman, Dakota Merchlewitz, started the installation process by drilling a hole in the slab foundation of the home and connected a PVC pipe. The radon gas is drawn upward and the pipe guides it to the fan. The fan draws and vents radon safely above and away from the home. Mark is glad he took the necessary steps to protect himself and his family.
Heather J. in Oronoco, MN received high results after testing for radon in her home. She was concerned about her health and safety, so she contacted American Waterworks for more information on our Radon Mitigation System. She chose to have our Mitigation System installed as soon as possible.
Our Foreman, Dakota Merchlewitz, installed our radon mitigation system in less than one day! The U-tube manometer indicates the vacuum pressure inside the radon system. This will let you know if the radon fan is working or not. If the tops of the red liquid are equal, the fan may not be working or may have been turned off. The U-tube is designed to indicate that the system is actually on and at what pressure. Only a radon test can indicate the levels of radon.
