Schedule Annual Maintenance
Tyler has worked for American Waterworks since May of 2018. Prior to joining our team, he had years of experience working in other types of construction. His day to day duties include drilling into concrete and assisting with the installation of our PolyLevel system to lift and level concrete slabs.
He enjoys working for American Waterworks because he likes being able to provide homeowners with solutions to their problems and exceeding the expectations of the customer. In his spare time, he likes to ride his motorcycle, work on cars, and help on the family farm. We are happy to have Tyler on the team!
Lester S. in Medford, MN had uneven concrete slabs throughout his driveway, and he felt there were not properly supported. He wanted to have a professional take a look at it, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Don Mancilman, went onsite to inspect his concrete driveway and design the right solution. Don assured Lester that we would be able to raise and level his concrete with our PolyLevel foam concrete repair solution. Lester was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a durable, faster and more affordable option compared to traditional concrete repair.
Our concrete repair experts began the process by drilling penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, they injected the polymer foam until the concrete was raised and leveled back to its original position. Lastly, they sealed all the cracks and seams in the driveway with our Nexus Pro sealant to give the driveway a beautiful, finished look. Lester loved the results of the project and he is glad he chose American Waterworks to help restore his driveway.

Donnie A., the President of a townhome association in Delano, MN, had previously met with one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, and was impressed with his professionalism and the products American Waterworks has to offer. So, when the townhome association started seeing issues with sinking concrete, he knew Chad was the guy to call. Chad presented Donnie with our PolyLevel concrete repair option, and Donnie was glad to learn that PolyLevel is a more durable, non-invasive alternative to mudjacking or total concrete replacement with a much quicker installation and cure time. The board approved of the plan and moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and Co-Foreman, Tyler Brockway, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The board members and homeowners were thrilled with the results and happy they can enjoy beautiful and level concrete for years to come!
