Marissa Grimstad

Marissa joined the American Waterworks team in May of 2021. She loves helping people with problems that they encounter and helping them find solutions that make them happy. Her day-to-day responsibilities include calling leads, talking to homeowners about their problems, and setting up free estimates. She enjoys working at American Waterworks because of the welcoming atmosphere and the family orientation.

In her spare time, she likes spending time with her two kids, a 7 and 2-year-old, being outside, going to her cabin, and hanging out with her family and friends. We are thrilled to have her on our team as a Customer Care Representative!
