Lilly Drury

Lilly joined the American Waterworks team in May of 2022. Prior to working for us, Lilly worked at Space Concepts where she gained valuable customer service experience. She is CNA certified as well as CPR and 1st Aid certified. Lilly will be working as a Service Coordinator and her day-to-day responsibilities will include setting appointments for free estimates, answering customer questions and concerns pertaining to our services and projects, calling about annual maintenance, and making new appointments. She wanted to join our team because she enjoys the One Team office setting and was looking to learn a new skill. 

In her free time, Lilly can be found hiking, drawing, traveling, or hanging out with her son.
