Allie Rahman

Allie joined our team in May of 2023. Prior to working for us, Allie gained valuable experience in customer service through being a cashier at Kwik Trip, a cashier, freight, and web associate with Scheels, and a bookkeeper at Rahman Heating, AC & Fireplace. She wanted to make the career change because she recently changed to a business pathway in school, and thought experience at American Waterworks would give her a good hands on experience. She is the most excited about the new workplace environment, meeting new people, and helping as many customers as possible. Allie joined our team as a Customer Care Representative meaning her day to day tasks include scheduling free estimates, entering leads, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer emails. 

When Allie isn't in the office she can be found spending time with her family, friends, or dogs, shopping, or enjoying the great outdoors. We're so excited to have Allie on our team!
