Wet Basement Restored in Mason City, IA

Billy K. in Mason City, IA contacted American Waterworks because he had water leaking through his foundation walls, and he was interested in installing a sump pump and a water drainage system. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Pete Wangen, to meet with him, evaluate the situation, and propose a custom solution for his home. 

Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his crew got to work and removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and through the middle of the floor for the feed line. Next, they laid our WaterGuard drainage system and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner. Then, they installed our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier along the walls to protect the space from moisture and mold. Billy was impressed with the project, and glad he can now enjoy a dry, clean basement!
