Settling Floors Repaired in Red Wing, MN

Brooke O. of Red Wing, MN had settling floors, causing her to worry about the stability of her home. She worked with our Design Specialist, Dustin, to find the right solution. Dustin proposed our Crawl Space Support Posts (also known as SmartJacks) to lift and stabilize the sagging floor joists. Brooke was confident in the solution, so she moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew installed six of our SmartJacks to support the sagging floors. This system is corrosion resistant and can hold up to 60,000 pounds.
