Michael agreed that that was the best option, so we sent our production crew to do the installation. 

Our crew installed 4 helical piers under the deck posts to support the weight of the deck and raise it back to its original position. The piers now relieve the stress that the settling deck was causing to the home. Our Design Specialist, Dustin, went to Derek's home, inspected his crawl space, and determined the solution of our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier and our Foamax Wall Panels. Derek got all of his questions answered about our products so he wrote out a deposit, signed the proposal, and got a date set up for installation. 

Our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew started the installation by installing our Foamax Wall Panels around the crawl space wall perimeter. These panels are designed to provide comfort and warmth to the home and make the wall look clean and bright. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier on top of the crawl space floor, which is designed to prevent mold and mildew, seal away poor smells, increase the home value, and keep away pests or insects. After all the details were secured, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Mike, to estimate the status of the sidewalk. Mike determined that the sidewalk was sinking and it would only worsen over time. To fix the issue, Mike suggested a solution that would lift the sidewalk and repair all the cracks and joints throughout. The homeowners agreed with Mike's suggestions and production commenced. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew arrived at the home and began installing the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injecting serum. The PolyLevel was inserted underneath the entire sidewalk. Next, the crew moved on to fixing the NexusPro Sealant Repair Solution. Each joint in the sidewalk was removed and replaced with the NexusPro Solution, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and will stand up to harsh weather conditions. After all the joints and cracks were filled, the crew could clean up their materials and move on to their next project. The homeowners were thankful for the great work completed by the crew. A homeowner in Rosemont, MN, grew concerned regarding the uneven sidewalk leading to their front door. Knowing they needed professional assistance, the homeowner searched for the best concrete repair company near their home. During their search, the homeowner came across one of our impressive before and after concrete posts. The homeowner noticed the abundance of services we offer and knew we would do a great job, so they called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, we sent out one of our Design Specialists, Mike, to complete a survey of the sidewalk. Following his detailed survey, Mike warned the homeowner that the sidewalk was sinking and would only worsen over time. Mike recommended a plan of action that would solve all the homeowner's concerns. Once they heard the plan, the homeowners knew it was the best option for them, so they agreed. Mike sent the plans to the assigned crew and they made their way to the property. Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew began by inserting the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the sidewalk. To install the PolyLevel, the crew strategically drills small 5/8" holes into the concrete slab. Next, the injection ports are installed in the small holes. Then, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to filling the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. NexusPro was inserted in the various cracks and joints throughout the sidewalk. The NexusPro is inserted in the prepared joint and then is detailed with a thin layer of sand to give a finished appearance. Concrete Garage Gets Lifted and Leveled

This process entails us drilling strategic holes into the slab and then injecting our PolyLevel foam into the holes.
