We are very pleased with the whole process of repairing the cracked concrete. The area next to the garage floor was really crumbling. Tyler filled all of that in and it looks wonderful! We used American Waterworks to install internal drain tile, remove existing rusted-out, steel support beams, and replace them with new, steel support beams. We worked with Cameron and his crew. They. communicated well, were on time, and got the job done in the timeline discussed. They were able to accommodate our needs by making some late changes to the plan, adding a new sump pump, and some extra supports recommended by them. It was a good experience and we feel better about having a safe and waterproofed basement.

Ian did a great job of giving us the estimate for our home. We decided to not do the work this summer but rather delay it until next summer. Driveway Issues Resolved in Argusville, ND

A homeowner in Argusville, ND was tired of his driveway having a bump that his car hit every time he drove in and out of the garage. He knew he wanted to find a solution that would eliminate the problem and be a faster, more durable, and inexpensive choice. The homeowner found the American Waterworks name when searching for concrete repair companies in his service area. He was initially impressed with our FREE no-obligation estimate offers and decided to sign up for his own to learn more. We received the homeowner's request and sent over one of our Design Specialists, Kole Lefebvre, to the home. Kole carried out a detailed inspection of the area and prepared his recommendations. He decided that lifting the top concrete slabs of the driveway would eliminate the bump and even out the surface again. The homeowner was happy to hear this plan and agreed to move forward with the project. On the installation day, our Foreman, Charlie Coleman, and his crew went to the site and began the project by drilling small holes throughout the slabs. They inserted ports through the holes to reach the empty space below the surface and injected our PolyLevel foam inside until it was carefully lifted to its original height. Then, the crew filled the holes in with our NexusPro sealant and also smoothed out the joints in between the slabs. Native sand was used on top of the sealant for a pleasing final look to the driveway. The result was a leveled and sealed driveway and a happy homeowner.

Unstable Crawl Space Gets Lifted in Argusville, ND

A customer from Argusville, ND was beginning to notice that the floor on the main level of her home was beginning to show signs of sagging. She was concerned that the issue was originating from the crawl space beneath the home. She wanted to make sure no further damage could be done, so she began to do some research about companies offering crawl space services in her area, and came across our website. Once he completed his walkthrough, he made a few recommendations as to how we could help the homeowner restore her crawl space.
