Lifted Driveway in Becker, MN

A homeowner in Becker, MN, noticed their driveway was beginning to crack and was quite uneven. Knowing they could not solve the issue on their own, the homeowner reached out to our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists to complete a full analysis of the driveway. The Design Specialist noticed that the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. The Design Specialist warned the homeowner that the problem would only worsen, so they provided them with a recommended solution. After deliberating all their options, the homeowner decided to follow through with the Design specialist's plan. After receiving the go-ahead, the plans were sent to the assigned crew and production commenced. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the home and began by installing the PolyLevel underneath the entire driveway. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that restores the appearance and safety of the concrete. The crew started by strategically drilling small holes throughout the driveway. Then, the crew inserts ports into those small holes. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slabs. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. Once the PolyLevel injection was finished, the crew shifted their focus to filling the cracks and replacing the all joints. The crew utilized NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and withstand harsh weather conditions. First, the crew removed all the old joints throughout the driveway. Then, the crew begins by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the non-absorbent backer rod filler. Then, the NexusPro sealant is inserted in the prepared crack or control joint. Finally, the cracks are detailed with a thin layer of native sand, giving the concrete a uniform, finished appearance. Once the NexusPro installation was complete, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home. The homeowners were pleased with the job well done by the crew. Foundation Gets a Lift in Becker, MN

Paul from Becker, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice internal symptoms of foundation issues such as cracks in interior walls and hard to open doors and windows. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he would run the risk of compromising the structural integrity of the home. After doing research about companies in the area who offer foundation repair, he came across our website. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate, which entitles homeowners to a free, no-obligation estimate into the issue. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dylan, headed out to the property to assess the situation. Once he completed, he found settling along the North and East walls. He recommended the use of our helical piers to fix the situation. He explained to Paul that the helical piers would be the ideal choice to lift the section of his home. He went on to say that the helical pier works by hydraulically "screwing" the helix shaped pier deep into the earth, then by shifting the weight of the home onto the piers, effectively lifting the home back towards its original position.

Paul agreed with the proposal, and work began weeks later. Our Foreman, Juan, and his team began by excavating the soil around the problem walls to get access to the foundation of the home. Next, the hydraulically drove the piers deep into the soil. Once they had placed all of the piers, they backfilled the soil they had excavated to covered the piers. Once the job was done, Paul was so happy to know he no longer had to worry about his failing foundation!
