Our production team drilled rods through the brick wall to the soil outside of the home. They secured the rods with anchor plates on each end. Once the plates were tightened, Matt was able to visibly see a difference in the stability of the walls. The anchors will continue to straighten the walls over time as well. Our radon mitigation specialists drilled a hole through the concrete in the basement to create a suction point for the gas. Then, a PVC pipe is inserted which goes up through the house and exits the home through the roof. A fan is installed at the top of the PVC pipe to ensure that the radon gas is being pushed away from the home. The post radon mitigation test showed a drastic reduction in radon gas, and they were relieved that their health would not be compromised.
