What a great crew! They seem to be very thorough at their job. We will have to wait and see if all is good. Right now, I can say, even though the work was done inside the house, they were very courteous and friendly. They covered all the areas of the floor when they would be working inside and walking in. They cleaned everything up! They worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I will come back in a year to make sure all is well. I highly recommend this company.

A homeowner in Browntown, MN, was near the front of their home and noticed their driveway was sinking. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner began searching for a repair option. The homeowner came across one of our demonstrations on social media and was impressed by our process. After viewing the demonstration, the homeowner decided to investigate further from our website. Our previous work impressed the homeowner, so they signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Kevin. Kevin arrived at the home and began his evaluation of the concrete. Kevin determined the cause of the difference in heights was soil settlement. After finding the cause of the issue, Kevin could come up with a solution that would prevent the homeowner from having the replace the concrete. After deliberating their options, the homeowner decided this was the best option. Soon after receiving the approval, the plans were sent to the assigned crew and production began. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the home to start the PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel is the polyurethane foam injection solution that fills voids, stabilizes, and lifts sinking concrete. To begin the installation process, the crew drills small holes around the slab. The injection ports are installed in the small holes. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. Finally, the holes and joints are sealed up. The crew needed to raise the PolyLevel, so the driveway would match up with the sidewalk. After the PolyLevel was injected, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Shane went to his home, carefully inspected the problem, and came up with a solution that would repair the problem. Keith got all of his questions answered and was content with Shane's presentation and plan, so he followed through with the project.

Our Foreman, Spencer Garland, and his crew began the project by introducing them to Keith and answering any questions that he had. After a thorough introduction, Spencer and his team got to work by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that prevents water and mud clogs, collects water leakage from basement walls, and works together with the sump pump. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump in connection with the WaterGuard. Our SuperSump is made to pump water out efficiently and keep basements dry for a long period of time. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Keith was happy with the work and had a great experience from start to finish!
