He developed a plan to install WaterGuard around the entire perimeter of her basement which would then drain to the SuperSump sump pump system. Once the water drains to the sump pump, it is then expelled through the discharge line into her yard and away from the house. One of our PolyLevel experts injected the foam and the entire process was finished within a couple of hours. Kevin was pleased that the process was quick, affordable and noninvasive. He was able to see the concrete raised and leveled right away after the injection and he's glad he no longer has to deal with the frustration of uneven concrete.

Our production team installed drainage matting, TerraBlock and SilverGlo along the dirt floor and the walls. Then, they covered the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which keeps moisture out and prevents mold from growing. A homeowner in Alma, WI, was doing yard work when they discovered the foundation near the garage was separating. Concerned by this discovery, the homeowner searched for a solution. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent our Design Specialist, Brian, to investigate the issue. Following his investigation, Brian determined that the wall needed to be stabilized and garage floor leveled. Wanting to solve the issue, the homeowner agreed with Brian's suggestions. Once the plans were set, they were sent to the assigned crew. 

Our Foreman, Oscar, and his crew arrived a the home and began by leveling the garage floor. To level the garage floor, the crew used PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution that restores the appearance and safety of concrete. To install the PolyLevel, the crew strategically drills small 5/8" holes into the slab. Then, the injection ports are installed into the foundation. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected underneath the concrete to fill gaps and raise the slab. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. After completing the concrete leveling, the crew moved on to stabilizing the struggling foundation wall. To stabilize the foundation wall, the crew utilized Geo-Lock wall anchors, an innovative wall anchor system that stabilizes the foundation wall by anchoring the wall to untouched soil. First, the crew excavated a small section of the lawn to insert the first Geo-Lock anchor. Then, a small steel pole is pushed through the soil to connect to the interior Geo-Lock anchor. Once the Geo-Lock anchors are connected and secured, the crew covers the hole in the lawn. The homeowner was delighted by the job well done by the crew.
