We are SO impressed with our basement in Lanesboro!!!!!! It went from a gross swamp to livable space. We never thought it would be this improved. Cracks in Concrete Driveway Repaired in Canton, MN

A homeowner in Canton, MN, was growing distressed about discovering their driveway was slowly worsening. Knowing this was not a do-it-yourself project, the homeowner looked into concrete leveling services near them. After a quick search, the homeowner came across our high ratings and reviews. The homeowner was impressed by our reviews, so they decided to follow through with a FREE estimate. Nate, one of our Design Specialists, was sent to complete the inspection. Nate arrived at the home and began looking into the homeowner's concerns. Once he completed his detailed walk-through, he discovered the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. Nate recommended lifting the garage apron, walkway, and northwest concrete slabs. Additionally, he recommended filling the cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. After being approved by the homeowner and the office, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. Dylon and his crew traveled to the home to begin production. Once they arrived, the crew focused on lifting the sinking concrete with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew installed the PolyLevel by strategically drilling small holes throughout the concrete. Next, injection ports are installed in those small holes. Then, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill the voids and raise the slab. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. The crew shifted their focus to filling the cracks throughout the driveway and walkway with NexusPro Crack Repair. Sunken Concrete Sidewalk in Canton, MN Gets Raised

Jon N. in Canton, MN was tired of the sunken sidewalk next to his home. It was a trip hazard for him and his family, as well as others in the neighborhood. Jon voiced his frustration about his concrete to a friend and they recommended he contact American Waterworks to get a free estimate. We sent a Design Specialist to his home to inspect his concrete in person and to design the right solution. Jon was impressed with our PolyLevel foam solution and was glad to learn that it is less invasive, more effective and more affordable than traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled the installation.

One of our concrete repair experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs and injected the polymer foam until the slabs were raised and leveled. He filled back the holes with concrete and cleaned his work area. Jon was pleased with the result and was glad he could use his concrete just 30 minutes after the installation! The process took half a day to complete, but now Jon can enjoy safe concrete for years to come.
