Basement Waterproofed in Courtland, MN Basement Waterproofed in Courtland, MN

Homeowners in Courtland, MN had water leaking into their basement underneath their carpet, making them feel uncomfortable living in their own home. They got in contact with American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. Dylan went to their home, inspected their problems, and came up with a solution. The homeowners were content with Dylan's proposal, so they followed through with the project.

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 44 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System. Our WaterGuard is made to collect water seepage from basement walls, act as an underground drain, and prevent water clogs. Edgar and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our crew laid the carpet back down once the concrete dried. The homeowners were thrilled with the work and are happy they have a reliable draining system for their basement waterproofing needs!
