A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Mac C, headed out to the home.

Once Mac finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to inform her that the issue was a bit more serious than she had previously thought. Mac stated that water was entering the space in various locations. Mac wanted a more comprehensive solution for the homeowner, so in addition to recommending a new sump system, he also recommended our WaterGuard below-floor drain. Our WaterGuard system is the ideal choice for waterproofing, as it subtly sits atop the footing of the foundation, but below the cement floor of the basement, so it works without looking unsightly. A homeowner in Downing, WI, knew it was time to repair their damaged and cracked foundation. Knowing they could not repair it themselves, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution. The homeowner was impressed with our five-star ratings and reviews, so they decided to go ahead and sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Shane, to the home to take a closer look. Shane promptly arrived and began the detailed inspection of the interior and exterior foundation. During his inspection, Shane discovered the foundation was struggling due to hydrostatic pressure. To prevent the issue from continuing, Shane recommended stabilizing the foundation walls with GeoLock Wall Anchors. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with his suggestions. Next, Shane sent the plans to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project.
