Upon receiving their call, our Appointment Specialist quickly scheduled a visit to the property. Our expert System Design Specialist conducted a thorough inspection, identifying the major areas of concern. It was evident that a comprehensive waterproofing system was essential to safeguard the homeowner's property. Our proposed solution centered around our trusted trio—WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Our production team, comprised of seasoned professionals, set to work installing the WaterGuard system. This custom-designed drainage track was placed discretely beneath the basement floor, offering a non-clogging alternative to a traditional French drain. Paired seamlessly with the TripleSafe Sump Pump, this system ensured efficient water removal, handling even the heaviest water loads. Eric explained that our GeoLock anchors permanently stabilize your basement walls, offering the best opportunity to straighten the walls without the cost and disruption of foundation replacement. He went on to say that heavy-duty, galvanized earth anchors are embedded in stable, undisturbed soil outside your foundation wall. Each anchor is connected by a steel rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. Jennifer agreed and work began a few weeks later.

Our Foreman, Raul, and his team installed 5 of our anchors along the problem wall in Jennifer's basement. The team began the process by excavating holes outside the foundation to connect the anchors to. Next, they drilled holes in the interior of the foundation on the problem wall and ran a rod between the two, connecting them with anchors on both ends. Finally, they tightened the anchors so the wall could be pulled back into place. They backfilled the dirt on the exterior of the home. When the job was complete, Jenifer was happy to know that her faulty foundation was a worry of the past!
