They inserted small ports through the holes to reach the empty space below the slabs and carried out the PolyLevel injection. Once the slabs were all lifted, they filled in the holes and empty joints with NexusPro and spread some native sand on top for a smooth finish. We sent out one of our Design Specialists, Matt Ryan, to go to their home to diagnose the issue and come up with a solution. After a clear and detailed inspection, LuRae was comfortable with the proposal so they scheduled the installation date.

Our foreman, Austin Lucas, and his production team began the installation by cutting out the concrete perimeter of the basement to form a trench. Next, they installed our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter to prevent further leaks, mold, or humidity from invading the room. Furthermore, in the corner of the basement, our crew installed our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, which is designed to keep basements dry and clean for extended periods of time, with the discharge line ending outside of their home.

Next, our production team installed our WaterGuard System in the formed trench, which serves as an underground drain, prevents any further water clogs, and catches water waste from below the CleanSpace. From the WaterGuard, contaminated water flows to the sump pump, and gets pumped out of the home. To complete the project, Austin and his crew filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
