The communication prior to arrival was great. They gave me a call a week ahead of time and a one hour heads up before they arrived. I appreciated their craftmanship and their respect for our house, privacy, and pets :). What a great crew! They seem to be very thorough at their job. We will have to wait and see if all is good. Right now, I can say, even though the work was done inside the house, they were very courteous and friendly. They covered all the areas of the floor when they would be working inside and walking in. They cleaned everything up! They worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I will come back in a year to make sure all is well. I highly recommend this company.

Working with both the office and the field was especially easy. I had a difficult project due to the utilities coming into the house. Haley worked great with me through the issues we had with the locating service. Rene and Fredy were the gentlemen that came out to do the work. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. It is hard to find people like that these days! Wall Failure Stopped in Glencoe, MN

A homeowner in Glencoe, MN, was switching their laundry when they discovered a large crack on their back wall. Unsure of the cause of the issue, the homeowner decided to look into foundation repair companies near them. To help ease the search, the homeowner looked on HomeAdvisor for the highest-rated foundation repair companies near them. The first company to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks. After seeing our wonderful reviews and near five-star ratings, the homeowner decided to visit our website. Impressed by our foundation services, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was made, the homeowner waited for the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. Dylan arrived at the home to begin the inspection of the foundation. During his inspection, Dylan found that the foundation wall was failing incredibly fast and needed to be stabilized. Dylan suggested that the walls be stabilized using GeoLock anchors, a system that permanently stabilizes your foundation wall and can straighten it over time. After deliberating all their options, the homeowner decided to follow Dylan's recommendations. The plans were then sent to the assigned crew and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew were assigned to complete the job, and they traveled to the home. Soon after they arrived, the crew began installing ten GeoLock anchors, four on the north and six on the east foundation wall. The GeoLock Wall Anchor system permanently stabilizes the foundation wall by anchoring your walls to the hard-packed untouched soil beyond your foundation. The crew installs the GeoLocks by digging a section of the ground to place the first GeoLock anchor. Once the GeoLock is in place, another anchor is attached to the interior wall. Both GeoLocks are connected by a small, steel pole direct through the ground. Once the GeoLocks are secured, the soil is put back on top of the ground. The crew cleaned up the site and left the home.
