Basement Waterproofing, Concrete Lifting & Foundation Repair in Howard County, IA

Our crew removed the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and installed our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, we installed a SuperSump sump pump which is where the WaterGuard drains to. We also installed our CleanSpace barrier along the basement walls to guide water into the drainage system. Lastly, they replaced the concrete. Joe's basement is now a dry, clean and livable space. Our production crew started installing the wall anchors by drilling small holes through the block foundation. Then, they inserted long, metal rods through the foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. Next, they secured both ends of the rods by screwing on anchor plates and tightening them as far as they would go.
