Our Foreman, Brandon, traveled to the home to begin the PolyLevel and NexusPro installation. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that restores the appearance and safety of the concrete. The crew started by strategically drilling small holes throughout the slab. Then, the crew inserts ports into those small holes. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slabs. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. Once the PolyLevel injection was finished, the crew shifted their focus to filling the cracks and replacing the joints. The crew utilized NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and withstand harsh weather conditions. The crew begins by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the non-absorbent backer rod filler. Then, the NexusPro Crack Repair is inserted in the prepared crack or control joint. Our production crew started installing the wall anchors by drilling small holes through the block foundation. Then, they inserted long, metal rods through the foundation and into the soil surrounding the home. Next, they secured both ends of the rods by screwing on anchor plates and tightening them as far as they would go.
