The crew was very efficient and did their job very well. No one worked on just one job but they traded off on a regular basis so they knew all the jobs. Except the bobcat driver, Hugo, was in charge of that. He said he had been with you for 15 years and you could tell he was in charge. He had a feather touch when he dug the clay away from the south and west walls; the neighbor across the street also commented on that. A feather touch was needed with what was happening in those areas too. They were friendly and worked very well together. Hugo told me that one of the crew was new and learning the ropes; he was very busy as were all of them. People knew of my basement walls concern & asked me how everything was coming along. I told them what was/had been done and made sure I told them American Waterworks was the business that did the repair. The walls look the way they should-nice and straight and even. Very grateful only the north wall needs to be adjusted by me every 6 weeks and I have a sticky note on the bathroom mirror to remind me that the next adjustment needs to be done December 1st and turning the bolt until it double clicks when I stop. Thank you to Hugo and his crew.

John K. of Lynd, MN had cracked foundation walls in his basement and wanted to get them stabilized before it was too late. He called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out one of our Design Specialists to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After an in-depth inspection, John got an installation date on the schedule.

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew began the installation process by digging four holes outside of the home. Our crew installed a long, metal rod in each hole, from the soil to the interior foundation wall. On each end of the rod, our team installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Our anchor system provides permanent relief to foundation walls and shifts them back into their normal position. To complete the installation, Matt and his crew replaced the soil and made sure the property was clean. John was content with the outcome of the project, and appreciate our team's efforts!
