Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew began by installing our drainage matting, a dimpled mat that is installed onto the floor of the crawl space. This gives any excess water a route to flow through the space and be disposed of at an external site such as a drain or a sump system. The second installation was our CleanSpace vapor barrier, a 100% waterproof tarp that traps any excess moisture in the space, redirecting it to the appropriate disposal site.

Finally, our team added an Aprilaire dehumidifier, which creates healthy air and can reduce the number of viable viruses to less than 1% in two days when set to 50% relative humidity. This and our crawl space liner will create a drier, healthier crawl space. Our crawl space liner is made with seven layers of tough, durable material designed to withstand traffic from the homeowner and workers -- with a 25-year written, transferable warranty! Mark and Sharron were very pleased with the results and grateful their peace of mind was restored.

GeoLocks Save Bowing Walls in Miltona, MN

A homeowner in Miltona, MN, noticed large cracks growing along their wall. Worried this was a sign their foundation was compromised, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with answers. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew that we were the best company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for our FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Daniel. Daniel promptly arrived at the home and began a thorough inspection of the home. During the inspection, Daniel noted that several walls were suffering from cracks and bowing. To prevent the issue from continuing, Daniel recommended installing GeoLock Wall Anchors along all of the walls. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Daniel to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation.
