The seal that American Waterworks puts between the driveway and garage floor make the driveway appear much more finished. I didn't know how unfinished it looked before I hired them. It looks much better now. They were also fast. The job was completed in one hour.

PolyLevel Rescues Driveway in Minnetonka, MN

A homeowner in Minnetonka, MN, noticed their driveway was starting to become uneven. Having a feeling this was not a good sign, the homeowner decided to have a professional visit their home to inspect the concrete. The homeowner looked through all the concrete repair companies in their area, but only one stood out American Waterworks. Once they visited our website and learned more about our company, the homeowner knew that we were the best fit for this job. The homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate and prepared for the arrival of Michel, one of our Design Specialists. Once Michel arrived, he began his survey of the concrete. After completing his survey, Michel concluded that the concrete was sinking into the ground. Michel warned the homeowner that the sinking would only worsen if not fixed and offered a solution that would fix the issue. Knowing they wanted this issue fixed, the homeowners agreed on Michel's solution and project preparation began. Our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. First, the crew focused on lifting the sinking concrete with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew installed the PolyLevel by strategically drilling small holes throughout the concrete. Next, injection ports are installed in those small holes. Then, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill the voids and raise the slab. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. Once the PolyLevel install was completed, the crew moved on to filling the various cracks and joints in the concrete. To fill those joints and cracks, the crew used the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and can stand up to harsh weather conditions. The crew installs the NexusPro Sealant by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the crack with a non-absorbent backer rod filler. Then, the NexusPro sealant is inserted in the crack or control joint. After all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew cleaned up the front yard and traveled to their next job. The homeowners were thrilled with the work completed by the crew. Basement Waterproofing in Minnetonka, MN

TJU Construction was working on repairing a home in Minnetonka, MN to put on the market. While restoring the home, they realized they needed to have the basement waterproofed because water was seeping in and was causing damage to the home. They knew the home would be very hard to sell with a basement in that condition, so they contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate.

We sent one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton, to the home to provide TJU Construction with a solution. Eric determined that the best option to waterproof the basement was to install a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system and a new sump pump. TJU construction agreed and liked the proposal that Eric developed, so they scheduled the installation.

Our production team installed 126 ft. of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement and our SuperSump sump pump in one of the corners. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and it is expelled to the outside of the home. The waterproofing process took two days to complete, but our system has a lifetime guarantee and is transferable to anyone who purchases the home. That basement will always be protected and whoever lives there will have peace of mind that they have a top of the line waterproofing system keeping their home dry.
