We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawl space with bare, block, masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation, laid down a 2-layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality and floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not anymore! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!

PolyLevel Lift + Level in Monticello, MN

Tony, from Monticello, MN, enlisted our services when he began to notice a portion of his garage's concrete floor was beginning to crack, crumble, and become uneven. Tony was afraid that, if left unchecked, the problem would only worsen, creating a potential tripping hazard or creating a more difficult problem to fix down the road. Tony used his FREE estimate with us, which entails having one of our Design Specialists from our Concrete and Radon division out to his home to assess the damage and see what could be done to preserve the slab of concrete.

Our Design Specialist, Ben, was able to get out to the property to do his thorough inspection. After which, he gave Tony his recommendation of using our PolyLevel injection, a polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Tony agreed and work began shortly after.

Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew began by strategically drilling holes into the concrete and then injected the PolyLevel foam underneath the slab. They followed by using our NexusPro solution, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, to seal the cracks and preserve the PolyLevel injection beneath. Troy and his team finished the job by sealing the entire surface of the concrete with SealantPro, a state-of-the-art material that bonds with concrete to permanently protect from water, direct, and other contaminants.
