What a great crew! They seem to be very thorough at their job. We will have to wait and see if all is good. Right now, I can say, even though the work was done inside the house, they were very courteous and friendly. They covered all the areas of the floor when they would be working inside and walking in. They cleaned everything up! They worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I will come back in a year to make sure all is well. I highly recommend this company.

Working with both the office and the field was especially easy. I had a difficult project due to the utilities coming into the house. Haley worked great with me through the issues we had with the locating service. Rene and Fredy were the gentlemen that came out to do the work. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. It is hard to find people like that these days! I will for sure recommend American Waterworks to anyone needing this type of service and will be the first company I call when I need similar work.

Crawl Space CleanSpace Installation in New Germany, MN

A homeowner in New Germany, MN, had concerns regarding the crawl space in their home. Instead of holding off on fixing the issue, the homeowner wanted to fix the crawl space as soon as they could. During their search, the homeowners came across American Waterworks. After doing further research about us, the homeowner determined that we were the best fit. The homeowner visited our website and signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent a Design Specialist to investigate the crawl space in the home. After their comprehensive investigation, the Design Specialist recommended a solution to alleviate all the homeowner's concerns. The homeowners agreed to the Design Specialist's recommendations and the plans were passed onto the crew.

Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew traveled to the home and began by cleaning the crawl space. Once the crawl space was cleared, the crew could begin installing the CleanSpace Drainage Matting. The CleanSpace Drainage Matting gives the water flooding into your crawl space a channel below your crawl space liner. One member of the crew begins by laying the drainage matting while another puts one over the top. This is a very efficient and swift installation process. After the CleanSpace Drainage Matting is installed, the crew can go in and install CleanSpace on the crawl space walls. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that prevents humidity and mold growth. The crew installs CleanSpace by mechanically attaching them to the basement walls with plastic drilled-in fasteners.
