Once Jarrett arrived on the property, Jarrett conducted a thorough house inspection to properly diagnose the issue and propose a solution that will help solve the issues Lori is experiencing. Jarrett recommended Lori invest in our PolyLevel injection which allows us to lift the concrete, and finish off sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution. Our PolyLevel injection is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected through the concrete to fill the voids that were left underneath the concrete by soil erosion. The PolyLevel injection allows the concrete slab to be leveled and stabilized, preventing the concrete slab from being further damaged. Our NexusPro solution is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is formulated for long-lasting use and to survive harsh weather conditions. Unlike other sealants, the NexusPro resists UV rays, meaning the sealant would not dry out, crack, or bubble. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and his crew began the process by strategically drilling holes into the slabs of concrete that were experiencing the issue. Once the holes were drilled the team then began to inject the PolyLevel solution raising the slab to its original position. Once leveled, the crew then finished the project by applying the NexusPro solution to the joints and each crack to ensure that no water could seep through affecting the PolyLevel foam. 

Once the project was complete Lori was very happy to see her walkway nice and leveled!!
