Jeff L. in Saint Paul Park, MN noticed that his concrete driveway had sunk a couple of inches after the change of the season. This had caused a trip hazard and a large bump when driving in and out of the garage. While researching concrete repair, he came across the American Waterworks website and was interested in our PolyLevel concrete solution. He contacted us for a FREE estimate, so we sent Kevin McWithey to his home to design a solution. Jeff was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel solution is more affordable, durable and efficient compared to traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled the installation.

Our PolyLevel experts, Trevor and Brevan drilled small holes into the concrete slabs and then injected the PolyLevel foam until it was raised and even with the garage floor. The process was minimally invasive and only took a couple hours to complete. Jeff is happy with the results and is glad he will be able to enjoy level concrete for years to come!

Robert and Teresa M. of Saint Paul Park didn't have enough support to hold up their floor to their upstairs. Our Forman, Troy, and his crew traveled to the home to begin concrete lifting and leveling. When the crew arrived, they started by mapping out where the PolyLevel would be injected. Next, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and driveway. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew shifted their focus to inserting the NexusPro Joint Sealant in all the sidewalk joints. The crew successfully lifted and leveled the affected area, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to lift and level another home's sidewalk.

A homeowner in Saint Paul Park, MN, noticed their sidewalk was very uneven. Not liking the look, the homeowner wanted to have the sidewalk repaired. The homeowner was unsure who to work with, so they asked their family and friends for recommendations. Many of their friends and family recommended us to them, so they decided to look further into our services. After seeing our impressive services, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment details were settled, we sent out one of our Design Specialists, Gary. When he arrived, Gary determined that the concrete was sinking and was causing all these issues. Furthermore, Gary offered a solution that would solve their sinking issues. The homeowners agreed and the plans were ready to be sent to the assigned crew. After receiving the plans, the crew traveled to the home to begin the repair process. To begin the project, the crew began lifting and leveling the sidewalk and driveway using the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew begins by strategically drilling small holes throughout the concrete and sidewalk. Next, injection ports are inserted throughout the small holes. Then, the polyurethane foam solution is injected underneath the affected concrete. Finally, the holes are covered and smoothed to give it a finished appearance. As soon as the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew shifted to fixing all the cracks and joints throughout the concrete. To fill these cracks and joints, the crew used the NexusPro Solution, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and can stand up to harsh weather. The crew installs the NexusPro by inserting the sealant into the prepared crack or control joint. Then, the cracks are detailed with a thin layer of native sand, giving the concrete a uniform, finished appearance. Once the crew finished the crack and joint repair, they cleaned up the job site and moved on to the next job.
