Our Design Specialist, Kevin McWithey, developed a plan to restore her patio using our PolyLevel foam injection. PolyLevel is a faster, durable, and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair. Shortly after she received her estimate, we sent one of our PolyLevel experts to her home to install the foam injection. Our production team installed drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Foamax walls and our spray foam rim joist insulation. Our drainage matting gives the moisture in the crawl space a channel to move through, while the CleanSpace and Foamax create a barrier that keeps moisture out and heat in. They sprayed the foam insulation on the rim joists to seal it off completely from the outside and make the space even more energy efficient. The combination of these crawl space encapsulation products made Chris’ crawl space a dry, clean, and energy efficient space.

They filled back the gaps in the concrete with rock and then replaced the concrete. The WaterGuard now properly guides water into the sump pump and from there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Marvin is pleased that he chose to protect his most valuable asset by installing our waterproofing system.

Lori from Prior Lake, MN, noticed that the concrete slabs that created a walkway to the footsteps of her door were sinking and raised awareness of potential tripping hazards. Lori was afraid if she did not attend to the issue in a matter of time there would be more damage to her walkway. Jarrett recommended Lori invest in our PolyLevel injection which allows us to lift the concrete, and finish off sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution. Our PolyLevel injection is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected through the concrete to fill the voids that were left underneath the concrete by soil erosion. The PolyLevel injection allows the concrete slab to be leveled and stabilized, preventing the concrete slab from being further damaged. Our NexusPro solution is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is formulated for long-lasting use and to survive harsh weather conditions. Unlike other sealants, the NexusPro resists UV rays, meaning the sealant would not dry out, crack, or bubble. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and his crew began the process by strategically drilling holes into the slabs of concrete that were experiencing the issue. Once the holes were drilled the team then began to inject the PolyLevel solution raising the slab to its original position. Once leveled, the crew then finished the project by applying the NexusPro solution to the joints and each crack to ensure that no water could seep through affecting the PolyLevel foam. 

Once the project was complete Lori was very happy to see her walkway nice and leveled!!
