In the trench, our team installed our WaterGaurd Below Floor Drain, which prevents water clogs, collects water leakage from basement walls, and serves as an underground drain. Next, our team formed a feed line from one side of the WaterGuard to the sump pump. The purpose of a feed line is to transport water from high influx areas to the sump pump. The homeowner was happy with the work that was completed!

Ian Schultz was the person who came to do the quote and design the project with us. Brian C was the head foreman for our project. They both did a good job and are very professional. Ian kept in touch with us from the very beginning to the end. He answered all our questions and is very easy to talk to. Brian and his team called before they arrived and let us know when they'd be here. We walked through the project one more time before they got on it. The project did take a little longer than we expected, but they finished everything in one day just like they promised. They also cleaned before they left. The final result looks great and we feel confident that if there's any problem in the future, we can easily reach them and get the help we need.
