Our crew installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard, lateral feed lines through the middle of the basement to guide water to the WaterGuard, and a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard drainage system directs any water seeping in to the sump pump. Once the water reaches the sump pump, it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled to the outside of the home. Our production team installed 9 walls anchors along the two bowing walls. The anchors provide stability to the wall because they are drilled deep into the soil surrounding the home. The anchors also start to straighten the wall and the anchors can continue to be tightened over time, if need be. Our wall anchors are backed by a lifetime warranty, so Ken is glad he chose a permanent solution to protect the foundation of his home.

Our radon mitigation specialists drilled a small hole through the concrete floor in her basement and inserted a PVC pipe to create a suction point for the radon gas. Then, they ran the PVC pipe up through her home against the wall and had the pipe exit through the roof. They installed a fan towards the top of the PVC pipe to ensure the radon gas was pushed away from the home. Karen is glad she chose to have the system installed and his happy that her health is no longer being compromised because of radon.
