Working with both the office and the field was especially easy. I had a difficult project due to the utilities coming into the house. Haley worked great with me through the issues we had with the locating service. Rene and Fredy were the gentlemen that came out to do the work. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. It is hard to find people like that these days! What a great crew! They seem to be very thorough at their job. We will have to wait and see if all is good. Right now, I can say, even though the work was done inside the house, they were very courteous and friendly. They covered all the areas of the floor when they would be working inside and walking in. They cleaned everything up! They worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I will come back in a year to make sure all is well. I highly recommend this company.

Maple Plain, MN, Sinking Patio and Deck Lifted

A homeowner in Maple Plain, MN, noticed their deck and patio were sinking into the ground. Concerned about the long-term effects, the homeowner knew they needed to find a solution and fast. While watching television, the homeowner's attention was caught by one of our commercials. The homeowner saw that we offer all the services they require, so they signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Nick. Following his arrival, Nick introduced himself to the homeowner and began his detailed inspection of the concrete. During his inspection, Nick determined the patio was sinking into the ground and the deck was going with it. Nick recommended lifting the patio using PolyLevel and permanently stabilizing the deck with two of our Helical Piers. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Next, the plans were approved by the office and then they were sent to our Foremen, Dylon, and Jesus. First, Jesus and his crew began the project by installing two Helical Piers underneath the deck. Helical Piers stabilize your home and can lift the home back to its proper level. These piers are installed to the appropriate capacities and depths, and a steel foundation bracket connects the Helical Piers to the footing. Once the Helical Piers were secured, our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew took over the task. First, Dylon and his crew lifted the patio using PolyLevel. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that restores the appearance and safety of the concrete. The crew started by strategically drilling small holes throughout the slab. Then, the crew inserts ports into those small holes. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slabs. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. Once the PolyLevel injection was finished, the crew shifted their focus to filling the cracks and replacing the joints. The crew utilized NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and withstand harsh weather conditions. The crew begins by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the non-absorbent backer rod filler. Then, the NexusPro sealant is inserted in the prepared crack or control joint. Finally, the cracks are detailed with a thin layer of native sand, giving the concrete a uniform, finished appearance. Once Dylon and his crew finished the task, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
