The CleanSpace was secured to the crawl space floor and walls, so the crew passed the project off to our Radon Sales and Service Technician, Jackson. Following his arrival, Jackson began by installing a basic radon kit in the basement. Once the radon kit was installed, the project was complete. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. The homeowner was relieved to know their crawl space was properly encapsulated and the radon was mitigated. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ian, one of our Design Specialists. Ian arrived at the home and started his thorough investigation of the crawl space. During his investigation, Ian found several areas where water was sneaking into the home. Ian recommended encapsulating the entire space and installing a radon mitigation system. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Ian's proposal. Once they agreed with the proposal, Ian passed the plans along to our office to build the job. The office built the job and then scheduled it with our Foreman, Emmanuel, and his crew. Emmanuel and his crew arrived at the home and started by prepping the area for the Drainage Matting installation. The CleanSpace Drainage Matting gives the water flooding into your crawl space a channel below your crawl space liner. One member of the crew begins by laying the drainage matting while another puts one over the top. This is a very efficient and swift installation process.
