American Waterworks Case Studies: Foundation Repair and Basement Waterproofing in Le Roy, MN

Challenge

Paul H. in Le Roy, MN was suffering from a wet basement and damaged foundation walls. He had multiple inward bowing walls and water was seeping through. He contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent a Design Specialist to his home to inspect his situation first-hand.

Solution

We were able to restore Paul's basement by installing a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, a sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier. These waterproofing products work together to keep Paul's basement a dry and healthy space. Then we installed PowerBraces along the bowing walls, which immediately halted the deterioration and began to straighten the walls. His foundation has been permanently stabilized.
