Neche, ND, Bowing Walls Repaired

Challenge

A homeowner in Neche, ND, worried their foundation was falling apart. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner began looking into "how to fix a bowing wall". One of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to go and sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist.

Solution

Once the Design Specialist arrived, they began the thorough inspection of the foundation. During the inspection, the Design Specialist confirmed that the foundation was bowing and needed to be permanently stabilized. Knowing this was their best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the recommended plan of action. Next, the homeowner and the Design Specialist found the best date for the installation. Once the date was selected, our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew were assigned to the project. First, Aaron and his crew started by installing GeoLock Anchors along the walls. Once the GeoLocks were secured, the crew installed PowerBraces on the opposite wall. Finally, the crew attached SilverGlo to the exterior foundation walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
