Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the issue. During the inspection, Romeo explained to the homeowner that the likely reason the top of the driveway had begun sinking was due to soil compaction. When a soil's load-bearing capacity is exceeded, it causes the soil to compact beneath the concrete and sink. In about a month, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began precisely drilling small holes into the concrete slabs of the top of the driveway. Then, they inserted the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, expanding and filling the voids before it lifts the concrete. Once the slabs have been lifted to the desired height, the crew seals the holes. Next, the crew focused their attention on sealing the joints and cracks with NexusPro. After they were done with the installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
