Waterproofing Services and Radon System Installed in Grand Forks, ND
Challenge
A homeowner in Grand Forks, ND, was worried their basement was in serious trouble after finding several water stains. Additionally, the homeowner was anxious about the radon levels in their home, so they began searching for a company that could complete both projects. After doing some research, the homeowner found that the best company was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate.
Solution
Once the estimate was set, we sent our Radon Sales & Service Technician, Jackson, to the home to take a closer look. Jackson promptly arrived at the home and started the appointment. First, Jackson set a Radon test, then began the thorough inspection of the basement. Once the test was completed, it confirmed the home had high levels of radon. Additionally, Jackson discovered that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. Jackson put together a proposal that would solve all the issues. The homewoner agreed, then the plans were assigned to an installation date. Next, our Foreman, Roel, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Roel and his crew secured WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement wall. Then, Jackson traveled back to the home to install the Radon Mitigation System. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
