A homeowner in Wahpeton, ND, was completing exterior concrete work when they noticed their exterior concrete was sinking significantly. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Derek. A few days later, Derek traveled to the home to begin the inspection.

Solution

During the inspection, Derek confirmed that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Derek recommended lifting and leveling the sinking areas. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Derek's recommendations. Next, Derek and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Charlie and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the concrete. Next, the crew shifted to inserting NexusPro in the cracks and joints throughout the concrete. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
