Challenge

A homeowner in Moorhead, MN, noticed their basement was suffering from water intrusion. Hoping to solve the issue before the summer ended, the homeowner looked into "concrete leveling services near me". Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, James. A few days later, James traveled to the home to take a closer look.

Solution

When James arrived at the home, he began a thorough inspection of the sidewalk. During the inspection, James confirmed that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, James recommended inserting PolyLevel below the sinking sidewalk and NexusPro in the cracks and joints. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with James to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew. A few days later, Charlie and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, the crew began by installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, below the sinking slabs. Next, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
