A homeowner in Elma, IA, disliked the look of their uneven and cracked concrete. Hoping to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into "concrete lifting services near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan.

Solution

A few days later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. While completing the inspection, Ryan confirmed that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from worsening, Ryan recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk back into place. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Ryan and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
