Following a heavy rainstorm, a homeowner in Marshall, MN, noticed their sump pump was not acting right. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional to provide them with a solution. Solution

Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Ryan. During the inspection, Ryan confirmed that several areas were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Ryan recommended waterproofing the west walls. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Lane and his crew began by securing WaterGuard along the west wall. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
