Foundation Movement Stabilized in Fargo, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed their foundation walls shifting and was concerned for the stability of their home. Knowing the issue would persist without the right solution, the homeowner decided to look into foundation repairs in the area and found us. After becoming impressed by our before-and-after photos, the homeowner scheduled their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Dylan J., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Dylan took a close look at the foundation walls and determined which needed stabilizing. After working closely with the homeowner and recommending our GeoLock wall anchor system, the installation date was scheduled.

In about a month, our Foreman, Kingsley C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. During the installation, the crew dug holes into the soil several feet away from the foundation. The earth anchor was then placed and connected to the interior wall by a steel rod. They installed a total of 8 GeoLock wall anchors. After the installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
