Solution
After the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Ryan. A few days later, Ryan promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Ryan noted the basement required waterproofing and came up with a proposal that would solve the homeowner's issues. Ryan shared his findings with the homeowner and his suggested plan of action. The homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Kevin. Kevin and his crew promptly arrived at the home and started by securing the WaterGuard. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished walls. Once all the products were secured, Kevin and his crew cleaned up and left the home.
