Solution
Darin promptly arrived at the home to begin the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Darin noted several areas that were suffering from water intrusion. To prevent this issue from worsening, Darin recommended installing several waterproofing systems throughout the basement. The homeowner knew this was the best plan of action, so they decided to go ahead with the proposal. Next, the homeowner worked with Darin to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Juan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Juan and his crew began by installing WaterGuard, an interior perimeter drainage system, around the basement perimeter. Next, Juan and his crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe. Finally, Juan and his crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the waterproofing products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
