A homeowner in La Crosse, WI, knew it was time to repair their water-damaged basement. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to look into "basement waterproofing in La Crose, WI". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dustin. A few days later, Dustin traveled to the home to begin the inspection.
Solution
During the inspection, Dustin confirmed the basement was suffering from water intrusion. To prevent the water intrusion from continuing, Dustin recommended securing several waterproofing products around the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Dustin to find the best installation date. Our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
