A homeowner in Richfield, MN, noticed their exterior concrete was severly sinking. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with the proper solution. Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner was prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dave. On the day of the appointment, Dave promptly arrived and began the thorough inspection. Dave confirmed several slabs were sinking due to settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Dave recommended installing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. The homeowner agreed and worked with Dave to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Sam, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Sam and his crew started by installing PolyLevel below the exterior concrete. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old joints and replacing them with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, Sam and his crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
