Solution
On the day of the appointment, Eric promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Eric noted the wall was leaking a significant amount of water. To prevent this issue from worsening, Eric recommended securing several waterproofing products along the leaky wall. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Eric to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Diego, and his crew promptly arrived to begin the installation. First, Diego and his crew started by securing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
