Solution

Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Ian, to the home to take a closer look. Once Ian arrived, they began a thorough inspection of the basement. To prevent the issue from worsening, Ian recommended securing several waterproofing products along the damaged wall. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Aaron, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Aaron and his crew started by installing WaterGuard along the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the SuperSump+. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
