Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Darin. A few days later, Darin arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior and interior foundation. During the inspection, Darin noted the separation was caused by settlement issues. To prevent the issues from continuing, Darin recommended securing GeoLocks and CarbonArmor strips. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and asked Darin to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman and his crew traveled to the home. First, the crew secured the CarbonArmor strips on the slightly cracked walls. Once the CarbonArmor strips were attached, the crew shifted to securing GeoLocks on the severly damaged walls.
